Busy Person Retreat Kirksville, November 4-7

It was time for bus person retreat in Kirksville. Columbia Newman had their busy person retreat. They invited the Dominican Vocation Director be one of their spiritual directors. So, I was not needed. It was good to be at both Rolla and Kirksville, though. At Kirksville, as they recover and rebuild from their fire that destroyed their Newman Center, we had mass at an auditorium. It is a hard adjustment for the community to cope without their building. But, through excellent leadership, things are going along there. We just need to keep them in our prayers. I had 3 directees out of about 20 that attended the week long retreat. I had to leave early because I needed to catch a 10:30 PM bus to Columbus Ohio which you can read about in the next post!
